Students successfully completing Martin College Advanced Diploma and Diploma courses will be deemed to have met the minimum entry requirements for most Australian universities. To gain entrance into university you must achieve at least the minimum specified grades and meet the entry requirements. Australian universities also expect applicants to have completed senior secondary education (or equivalent).

Modern facilities

We have five superbly equipped campuses in central, key locations. Modern computer laboratories have the latest computer equipment. You will benefit from air-conditioned classrooms, excellent student amenities and the most up-to-date training materials available. We prepare our students for 21st century careers with our 21st century study facilities.

 

Each student is given a free, weekly allocation of internet time for the purpose of academic research. Additional time may be purchased.

 

All our campuses are unique, yet all offer the same high standards of academic excellence. We opened our new Brisbane campus in 2001 - built specifically for Martin College.

  • Martin College Diploma of Graphic Design – 50 weeks

  • Certificate IV in Design – 25 weeks  

                    

Information Technology              

  • Martin College Diploma of Information Technology (Systems Admin) – 45 weeks
  • Certificate III in Information Technology – 40 weeks      

                          

Marketing          

  • Diploma of Marketing – 15 weeks               

            

Travel & Tourism             

  • Martin College Diploma of Tourism – 45 weeks
  • Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) – 25 weeks

 

English language preparation

We also have created a system to help students fast track their studies saving on time and helping students gain that important edge.

This will allow students to take advantage of the established agreements with universities throughout Australia which enable students to transfer credit from Martin College courses into related undergraduate degrees at those universities.

 

These agreements provide graduates of our Advanced Diploma of Business Management, Diplomas of Business, Diplomas of Graphic Design and Diplomas of Information Technology with the opportunity to transfer into a university Bachelor Degree with significant credit points.

 

Students build their courses depending on previous qualification.

 

French students:

For certificate programmes students having completed the Brevet or equivalent College qualification at 16+ can apply. IELTS equiv 5.

 

For Advanced Diplomas and Diplomas students should gave passed the Bacc or have passed Certificate IV . IELTS equiv 5.5.

 

Certificate II (Business) is a 10 week programme.

Certificate III (Business) +2 weeks = 12 weeks or

Certificate III (Information Technology) = 20 weeks

 

Diplomas:

Business 20 weeks

 

Business 20 weeks + Majors (5 weeks in Management, HR, Marketing, Event Management, Legal, Accounting, Travel & Tourism, or International

Business) = 25 weeks

 

Plus 30 weeks for Advanced Diploma in Business Management or Business Marketing = 55 weeks

 

Graphic Design (Advertising OR Multimedia) - 45 weeks

 

Graphic Design ( Advertising AND Multimedia) - 50 weeks.

 

Information Technology

Certificate IV 40 weeks

 

IT with Systems Administration +5 weeks = 45 weeks total.

 

IT with Multimedia +10 weeks = 50 weeks total.
